We can provide full portfolio of services such as arranging for the connection of utilities such as water, electricity, fuel and the verification of septic tanks and dealing with the inspectors.

We have time served professional architects and technical draughtsmen to facilitate a speedy process, delivering you quality drawings to enable a builder to work from and the DDE (planning department) to process the drawings.
